NAMI-A inhibits VEGF-induced angiogenesis in rabbit cornea

Pellets bearing NAMI-A and/or VEGF165 were prepared and surgically implanted in the corneal stroma of albino rabbits. The angiogenic response of NAMI-A was tested per se (panel A) and in the presence of VEGF (panel B). Data are reported as angiogenic score during time (days). Numbers are means of at least 3 implants/experimental point.
